Location: Mainz

This is what you can expect with us:

• Supporting the team as an HR all-rounder from recruiting to administration
• Continuous further development of HR processes and independent implementation of HR projects
• Design, support and implementation of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Contact person for our employees and managers on all HR-related topics
• Close cooperation with the individual specialist departments to attract new colleagues to mitcaps
• Active sourcing: identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Continuous maintenance of our social media presence and planning and implementation of account campaigns
• Evaluating new topics relating to AI, digital transformation and sustainability

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of economics, business psychology, human resources management or a comparable specialisation; alternatively comparable professional experience
• First professional experience in HR, ideally in recruiting
• Team player mentality with a communicative, confident demeanour
• Confident handling of MS Office and social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
• Business fluent in German and English

Starting date: as soon as possible, full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours per week)
